The venue
Nestled in the heart of Mid Wales, Cefn Lea is a beautiful Christian conference and holiday park, providing the perfect setting for worship, fellowship, family activities, and spiritual renewal amidst stunning countryside surroundings. Families will stay in comfortable chalet accommodation and can choose either a standard chalet or an ensuite chalet when booking.
Prices
Prices are per person for the whole retreat, by age on 22 October 2027. Children aged 0–2 stay free but still need to be booked.

Booking terms
- Full payment is taken by card when you book.
- Prices are per person for the whole retreat, based on age on 22 October 2027. Children aged 0–2 stay free but must be included in the booking.
- Cancellations: Your place is confirmed once your payment is complete. Because UKAAF commits to the venue for the full booking, payments are non-refundable if you cancel, unless we can fill your place with another family, in which case we will refund you. Please let us know as early as possible if you can't attend.
- To cancel or change a booking, contact Samuel Ondieki on 07846 353923 and quote your booking reference.
- Bookings close when all places are taken.
Privacy notice
- UKAAF collects the names, ages, sex, dietary needs, room-sharing consent for young people, and contact details in this form only to organise the retreat: to arrange rooms and catering with the venue, to allocate rooms, to keep everyone safe, and to contact you about your booking.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe; UKAAF never sees your card details.
- Attendee details can only be seen by the retreat organisers Samuel Ondieki, Joan Michemo and Esther Onduso, and are shared with the venue only where needed for rooms and catering.
- All names and details are deleted two weeks after the retreat, once the venue's invoice has been paid.
